The agreement between HSE University and the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers is aimed at developing academic and cultural cooperation, including student exchange. The agreement was signed on November 25, on the eve of HSE University’s 30^th anniversary. On the same day, representatives of universities and diplomatic missions of Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Iran, Egypt, and Bolivia visited the university.

On November 10, HSE University welcomed Hans Dannenberg Castellanos, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Russia. The ambassador met with HSE University Vice Rector Victoria Panova to discuss ways of expanding educational cooperation between the two countries.

On October 11, HSE University hosted a delegation of the Syrian Arab Republic at the building on Pokrovsky Bulvar. During the meeting, they discussed education and the continuing cooperation between HSE University and Damascus University.

HSE University Vice-Rector Ivan Prostakov and Department Head of the International Cooperation Office Marina Batalina opened the round table with a welcoming speech.

The BRICS Competition Law and Policy Centre at HSE University and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) have signed a memorandum of understanding. The agreement is aimed at developing cooperation between UNCTAD and HSE University in the field of competition, with a focus on the problems posed by cross-border cartels.

HSE University has signed a student exchange agreement with Peking University, one of China’s biggest and oldest universities. The signing took place on November 26 as part of the closing ceremony of the China-Russia Year of Scientific and Technological Innovation.
